Veterinary Surgeon and Co-Founder.Kate has 17 years of experience and is one of few vets in the country holding double RCVS Advanced Practitioner status, both in Small Animal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging. Kate has a particular interest in complex medical cases, oncology and advanced imaging. In her spare time, Kate enjoys paddle boarding on East Anglia's tranquil waterways, travelling and relaxing with friends and family.

Dr Joe Williams
BVM&S GPCertSAS MRCVS.
Veterinary Surgeon and Co-Founder.Joe brings over 20 years of experience to the team. A Small Animal Surgery certificate holder, Joe is dedicated to delivering exceptional care, having previously led clinical improvement projects on a national scale across 400+ veterinary clinics in the UK. Joe leads the surgical team with a particular interest in complex surgery and orthopaedics. Outside of work, Joe enjoys skiing, golf and family time with his wife and two young children.

Dr Andrei Popescu
GPCertEndo GPCertSAS MRCVS. Veterinary Surgeon.
Andrei brings 10 years of experience to the team and is a dual certificate holder. First completing his Endoscopy and Endosurgery certificate, allowing him to excel in keyhole (minimally invasive) surgery and diagnostic endoscopy techniques. Andrei loves all things surgical and also holds a certificate in Small Animal Surgery. Outside of work, Andrei has many passions, first and most importantly his wife, but as a close second his gorgeous little ginger cat PeeWee. He holds a black belt in karate, loves skiing, mountain biking, kayaking and travelling accross the UK.

Head Veterinary Nurse
Shylo has over 9 years of experience in the animal industry. She has a love for cats and is passionate about emergency and critical care. She is excited to be stepping up into a leadership role as our Head Veterinary Nurse, and takes pride in building a positive working environment. Outside of work, she likes to spend time outdoors hiking, going to the gym, and swimming. She also enjoys going to music events and loves spending time with friends and family. -

Catherine Woolnough
Stock Control Coordinator
Catherine brings over 25 years of experience in the veterinary industry, with a special focus on pharmacy. She holds a Veterinary Care Assistant Level 2 Diploma as well as being a qualified SQP for pharmacy. Catherine is committed to providing expert medication management and compassionate care for all animals. She lives with three mastiffs Arnie, Bluebell and Sherman and an elderly Italian greyhound called Roland. Her spare time is taken up caring for them all.

Kelly Leavold
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Kelly has 17 years of experience and a keen interest in nurse consults and cardiology. She is passionate about providing exceptional care for her patients. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her young family, paddle boarding, and photography. She shares her home with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rupert, her Maine Coon, Obi, and her DSH cat, Rex.

Milla Forest
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Milla graduated with a BSc in Veterinary Nursing from The Royal Veterinary College. With 4 years of nursing experience, she has developed a keen interest in theatre, anaesthesia and canine behaviour. Outside of work, she enjoys training her rescue German Shepherd Dog, going to the gym, and exploring nature on forest walks. She also values spending quality time with friends and attending music events. At home, she lives with her rescue GSD, a Golden Retriever, a Romanian rescue, three cats, a tortoise, and a guinea pig. -

Lucy Lockwood
Student Veterinary Nurse
Lucy is a student veterinary nurse who is passionate about animal health and welfare. She has 5 years experience within the veterinary industry. She shares her life with her affectionate Staffy and playful DSH cat. Outside of work and studies, she enjoys going on countryside walks with her dog, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Dakota Cockle
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Dakota has a strong passion for animal care and has over 4 years of experience within practice. She shares a special bond with her Rottweiler, whom she enjoys training and often incorporates into her nursing practice as she continues developing her skills. When she’s not studying, she enjoys spending time with family and going to the gym. She is looking forward to qualifying at the end of this year and continuing her progression at The Lowestoft Vet.

Julia is our experienced and friendly Customer Care Coordinator, bringing over 30 years of expertise in supporting clients and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She has a real talent for making people feel welcome and well looked after. Outside of work, Julia enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and relaxing at home with her two dogs, Mitzi and Lula, and Matty—the world’s most pampered (and proudly rescued) ex-stray cat!

Sian Cordery
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Sian brings over 7 years of experience in the veterinary industry and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care. Sian shares her life with Mia, her energetic Springer Spaniel who joined her after sustaining life‑altering injuries. Sian has been devoted to her rehabilitation and training ever since which has strengthened Sian’s interest in compassionate, patient‑focused veterinary care. Outside of work, Sian enjoys walking, hiking, and staying active at the gym. She also loves spending time with family and friends and creating memories outdoors. -

Emma Ritchie
Patient Care Assistant
Emma has multiple roles within the practice, working clinically behind the scenes where she assists with patient care and theatre preparation, while her friendly, smiling face can also often be seen on reception. Emma is passionate about all things veterinary and is excited to take on new challenges and further develop her role within the team. Outside of work, Emma enjoys travelling, exploring the outdoors with her dog and spending quality time with friends and family. -

Customer Care Coordinator
Katie has 13 years of experience and thoroughly enjoys helping clients, especially when it comes to sorting out insurance claims and making things a little less stressful. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family — her husband, daughter and golden retriever Ralph.
